This former workshop (110 Sqm) is equipped with an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms composed of double-bed and a bathroom upstairs – if you are not brave enough to go sleeping elsewhere after enjoying the party, have a stay there!
In the large living-room, you will be able to eat or dance with a stunning view over Montmartre offered by the big picture windows.

The workshop is located in the very heart of Montmartre, in a small private dead-end with an access on two of the most famous, looked at and significant arteries in Montmartre: namely the Avenue Junot and the Lepic street. You will be able to do your shopping on Lepic street and its surrenders, composed of many little shops, all of them most delightful than the others! After a tasty lunch, you could dance and enjoy yourself until the end of the night, in a bucolic and exclusive setting. The most beautiful moment of the night will obviously be to see, at midnight and from the roof deck of the flat, the Eiffel Tower brilliantly sparkling.
