What is hygge? This new concept comes from Denmark, where the word is rather or less spelled“Hue-gah”. What is its main principle? To spend a pleasant dinner with friends, in a comfortable and cosy setting, wrapped in a warm plaid and surrounded by small scented candles: here is what  would be, according to our Danish friends, the key of happiness.
