Michelin-starred chef Jacky Ribault is the mastermind behind the restaurant’s Tim Burton-esque fairytale world, which features stripped-back interiors lined with dark wood, concrete, and rustic tiling. Green plants cascading from the ceiling give the space a wild, jungle-like feel, whilst food is served on slate tiles and startlingly realistic furry mats.

The restaurant’s culinary vision is based on a philosophy of offering all-natural, local ingredients that show that top-quality dining doesn’t have to pay an environmental price. Begin your meal with one of Ribault’s light and delicate starters, such as the courgette mousseline or salmon paired with vinaigrette, sarrasin biscuits and Japanese seaweed. For main course, the menu proposes deliciously refined dishes including oven-baked sea bass with beetroot sauce and risotto, or veal fillet accompanied by scamorza-wrapped asparagus. Make sure to leave room for dessert, though – Ribault’s decadent chocolate soufflé is not one to be missed.

Just 30 tables are dotted across the 300m2 space, whilst the restaurant’s service strikes a perfect balance between Michelin star professionalism and a relaxed, intimate vibe.
