The estate was originally built to shelter tow horses before being used as a carpentry workshop.
Its 490 square meters are divided into two distinct spaces, each with their own unique charm. You can rent these rooms either separately or together.

- the Schoolroom (150 Sqm) can welcome up to 120 guests.
- the 200 Sqm Dance Hall can host up to 150 guests.
There is also a patio and a smoking room at your disposal.
