ARTIST STUDIO AND ITS WINTER GARDEN – PARIS XVII – FABIOLA
This artist studio and its garden winter are located in a 19th century hôtel particulier, a stone’s throw away from the Parc Monceau. This private mansion shelters nowadays the work of art of a famous 20th century painter.
The main characteristic of the place lies in its surprising winter garden to which one enters by walking through a splendid living room with numerous columns.
The place is divided into the following rooms:
- A 140 Sqm reception hall composed of a living room with pillars and a winter garden (50 guests)
- A 12 Sqm premises
- Ladies’s room and men’s room
- A dining room on the ground floor
- 3 rooms on the first floor (11,3 Sqm, 28,7 Sqm and 60 Sqm)
- 1 room on the second floor (16 Sqm)
- 1 room on the third floor (59 Sqm)

Amateurs of music will be please by the winter garden and its piano available for Private concert.
