CHARMING TRADITIONAL HOUSE – LYON IV – BRITTA
This charming traditional house measures 300m² across its three floors, and dates all the way back to the 19th Century. It is located in the heart of Lyon between the Saône and the Rhone, in the historic Croix-Rousse district.
On the ground floor, a kitchen, small dining room, living room and large dining room are arranged in a U shape, and can accommodate up to 16 people for a sit-down Dinner.
The house also features a beautiful, 400m² south-facing garden, which provides a private, calm area to relax despite the house’s convenient location. You can even make use of a luxury jacuzzi, which can hold up to 8 people !
