Located very close to the Bon Marché, it is composed of 3 adjacent rooms on the first floor. Thanks to its marge bay window, it is a very comfortable, flexible and dynamic place to create all kind of events, from team-building to seminars, or for press conferences… You could also set up a pop_up store or a Showroom!
The first room is a beautiful space of 40Sqm and is equipped with WI-FI, sound system, television, overhead projector, screen video. You will be pleased by this room which has been entirely refurnished in 2014 for the comfort and security of your event!
The second room has also a 40Sqm surface area. It is full-equipped and has a cloakroom, a modular theatre for your most welcoming events.
The third room is 15Sqm. It is completely modular and has a lighted window display as well as a fitted kitchen.
Each room can be separately rented and has its own toilet.
