Pop My World discovers the ‘polo de bagatelle’ which is a Parisian sports club created during the 19th century and located in the Bois de Boulogne.

This polo provides a big 9-hectares space with all necessary facilities in order to practice several sports : polo, horse riding, golf, fencing and karate. This club allows you to practice all kinds of sports but its unique feature is that it is the only polo club in Paris. Indeed, at the beginning, this place was only dedicated to polo, which explains the club’s name.

In this place, Parisians can escape from their daily life and have the impression to be in the countryside.

There are classes for all ages, from kids to the elderly. Several polo competitions also take place here, such as the Paris Open, as well as golf competitions. Numerous teachers are here to help the learners.

The “Amis du Polo” (“Polo’s friends”) is the big polo clubhouse. It’s a selective club where members can have lunch.
